About Me
Here is Zongying Lin (林宗莹).
I am a M.S. student in Computer Applied Technology at the School of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Peking University (PKU), supervised by Prof. Yonghong Tian and co-advised by Prof. Li Yuan. Previously, I received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Software Engineering and Biology from Sichuan University (SCU), where I was enrolled in the Computational Biology Experimental Class.
My research focuses on AI for Science, with two complementary directions: (i) advancing generative AI models themselves — including diffusion models and large language models, and (ii) applying these models to scientific domains, specifically protein design, molecular generation, and drug discovery. To date, I have 9 high-impact papers published or under submission, accumulating 187+ citations, including first-author work at CCF-A venues such as SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences.
